The Projekt Characteristic

The project Řeporyje v zahradách is entering the third phase of its realization. According to the results of its first two stages more than 40 families have already found their new house which allows to talk about the project necessity. Low-energy houses (Energy-efficiency class B) of the project Řeporyje v zahradách combine ideally a life in Prague itself with the benefits of living in us suburbs. Our houses with their own front garden, garage, and parking lot are located in the area Prague 5 in Ve Výhledu / Horšovská str. Our clients have a possibility to choose a house of 5+kk or 6+kk category out of the six types offered. Within a radius of 2 km there is a drugstore, a medical practitioner, a police station, a bus stop of routs 230, 249, 256, 301, 352 (6 minutes to the metro station “Luka” (yellow line)), a suburban train station, kindergarten, both a comprehensive school and a school specialized in Art. Within the limits of the third stage our clients have also a possibility to change the interior (including standards) before the beginning of the building. The houses are to be finished within 12 months (since the beginning of building). The clients who reserve a new house today have a wider range of houses to choose from.

Harmonogram of stage III.:

Houses 11,43-50 will have been finished in 2011, the others – by 2012 (depending on the terms of putting into operation the networks and the utility lines.
