REFERENCES

For 2010-2011 prepared:

• The reconstruction of a historical area in the suburbs of Prague: Hrncire, K Šeberovu str. with 39 exclusive residences. At the present time an application for permission to build is being considered.

At the moment one project is being carried out:

• The building of famaly houses at the border of Ve výhledu and Horšovská streets in Prague 5 - Řeporyje.

Development in Czech Republic began in 1999, since 1999 the following projects have been carried out:

• A country house in Dobřejovicích, Praha - východ. Startup - spring 2008.

• A block of flats in Cihlářova str., Praha 4 with 30 apartments in a category from 1 + kk to 3 + kk. The project also included 26 parking lots for apartments of 2 + kk and 3 + kk. The house was put into operation in the autumn of 2007.

• An apartment house in Butovická str. in Prague 5 - Jinonice with 8 first class apartments, the commercial areas on the ground floor and the general underground garage for 10 cars. The total area of premises is 1 193 m2, startup in 2001.

• 2 houses in Prague 4 - Šeberov, in Lesného str. and a house in Prague 5 - Stodůlky, in Před rybníkem str. were put into operation in 2003.

• A block of flats at the corner of Nad Závěrkou and Smiřického str. in Prague 6 - Břevnov with 26 luxury apartments and 2 ateliers. It also has an underground garage for 40 cars, and 31 barns. The total area of premises is 4 638 m2, was put into operation in 2004.
