Standard Materials Of The House Execution

1. A design and walls

  • a bearing design: a ceramic brick of Poroterm type
  • internal partitions: brick from the facilitated foam concrete of Ytong type tl. 100 m
  • external walls with the warming of 150 mm
  • covering a roof with a ceramic or concrete tile; warming mineral heater of 250 mm thicknesses.
  • the base - tape concrete

2. Windows and doors

  • plastic windows
  • entrance doors: plastic or according to the design documentation
  • inside doors: completely or partially glazed; in a door box; surface, accessories - chrome

3. Interior:

  • external all-weather plaster
  • the internal smooth plaster painted by paint PRIMALEX PLUS
  • ceramic tile Horní Bříza laid in a bathroom and a toilet on a height of a door box
  • floors in a bathroom, a toilet, a hall, a corridor on the ground floor and barns are laid by ceramic tile
  • the floor is in the premises without ceramic tile (see the point above) are laid by a laminate on chipboard block
  • the floor in bathrooms on the first floor is additionally refined by a waterproofing solution

4. Joiner's products:

  • a handrail of an internal ladder: simple vertical non-profiled columns, profiled hand-rail

5. Elements of external design:

  • rain taps are made of a zinced sheet
  • external parapets of windows are zinced.

6. Technical maintenance of the house - installation:

  • plastic branch pipes of the plumbing
  • sanitary maintenance:
    • a classic acrylic bath
    • an acrylic pallet of a shower cabin
    • a washstand JIKA
    • a miniwashstand JIKA
    • WC combi - JIKA
    • a wall amalgamator for a bath - chrome
    • a wall amalgamator for per capita - chrome
    • a washstand amalgamator - chrome
    • a tap for a washing machine
    • a preparation for connecting a kitchen bowl and dishwasher
  • plastic sewer branch pipes
  • heating: an electric or gas copper, a boiler, the room thermostat in the living quarters, copper instal connections of the heating system, flat heating radiators
  • copper cable networks
  • sockets and switches - TANGO - white colour
  • a separate conclusion of artificial illumination in each room in accordance with design documentation
  • the plastic container of an electro board in the entrance hall
  • a lightning-rod system is on the roof
  • a telephone socket installed in a living-room - connects with a network in the electro board in the entrance corridor
  • a television aerial installed in a living-room - the cable installation is under the roof for the further possibility to install and connect the aerial and (or) the satellite
  • the on-door speakerphone is placed in the entrance corridor - a drive from the entrance gate

7. Communications:

  • pavements that have an area round the house is 400-500 mm wide are made of a special concrete keystone tile
