The contract includes an obligation to pay 230.000 CZK, including VAT, in 5 days following the signature. The down payment will ensure your booking, preventing the purchase by another interested party. The booking fee will be deducted from the following payment.
Once the Booking Contract is signed, you will need to deal with all formalities such as your mortgage. Feel free to contact us – our mortgage adviser will be happy to help you.
After the Booking contract expires we will sign a Preliminary Purchase Contract, leading to your obligation to cover 15% of the property value, including VAT, in 10 days from the signature (with the booking fee deducted from the amount).
Once the amount is credited to our account, you can pick from standards and modify the layout (if possible in view of the construction schedule).

Once the final inspection becomes final, you will be invited to cover the remaining purchase fee and sign the Purchase Contract following contractual terms and order.
We will give you the keys and ensure the registration of your property in the land register.
